A Feast to Remember - Year 10 Hospitality and Catering Students Luncheon.

At PCS, its’s a special day,
Where young chefs work in a brand-new way.
Hospitality students, full of cheer,
Prepare a luncheon, their skills made clear.

A welcome sip, so crisp and bright,
A mojito mocktail, pure delight.
With canapés to start the show,
A taste of talent set to grow.

Then comes the salmon, silky and light,
With prawns and greens—a perfect bite.
A touch of horseradish cream so bold,
Served with bread, fresh and rolled.
The main course served, a warming sight,

Golden rice with herbs so light.
Honey glazed chicken, tender and fine,
With veggies cooked in citrus shine.
For those who sought a veggie way,
A paella is served in pans today.

A dish so rich, so full of spice,
Each bite is fragrant, warm, and nice.
And then, desserts—a trio grand,
Baked with love by student hands.
Cheesecake soft, with fruit so bright,

Tiramisu, a coffee delight.
A brownie warm, so rich and deep,
With ice cream smooth, a treat to keep.
A final taste, a sweet embrace,
That leaves a smile on every face.

So, here's to you students, proud and true,
Creating meals with passion new.
Your hard work shines, your skills take flight,
A Day of flavours, a pure delight.
